Reach out to us here if you want to return your order, our friendly team will assist you every step of the way.

We will accept returns for the following reasons;

1. Faulty Goods / Warranty Claims / Items Damaged on Arrival

If you suspect your products have been damaged outside of your control, please let us know ASAP so that we can replace them for you. Damaged arrows or components can be dangerous.

Always flex test new arrows when you receive them incase there was mishandling through the postal service.

Always check your arrows and components if you've been hunting, or missed your practice target and hit something hard. (Please note: we can't cover you for this, try to practice with a proper foam target and just be cautious when out hunting, your arrow can always pass through game and hit something hard that can damage carbon.)

2. Change of Mind

If you've decided at any point after purchasing a product that you've changed your mind and it doesn't suit you, that's all good - it happens. Just reach out to us and we'll take them off your hands for someone else to use.

Items returned as brand new with original packaging and no signs of use can be refunded. If you've used the items (e.g. shot your arrows a bunch of times), sorry, but you'll have to re-sell them yourself.
